We had a fantastic time exploring Playa del Carmen! The kids loved the nearby beaches and we took advantage of the family-friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and we appreciated the convenience of being close to the Mega supermarket for snacks and essentials.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities or areas to play within the hotel. A well-stocked play area would really benefit families like ours.

The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. The room featured comfortable beds that made for a cozy sleep. I enjoyed the beautiful garden view, which offered a peaceful retreat despite being close to the downtown area.

I stayed in the Family Room for 3 nights. The beds were clean and comfy, which was a huge plus. It had good water pressure in the hot shower and decent internet. Housekeeping did a great job every day. Location was quiet but close to shops, so that worked for me. No complaints really, just could use better bedside lighting for reading.

The dining scene nearby is a culinary treasure! I popped over to Homey Yummy for some delightful bites and sipped refreshing brews at Bendito Cafe. Besides that, the staff was super friendly and my Family Room was spacious and comfy!

Now, the bathroom could use a little love, as the wood was chipping quite a bit, and we had to fend off a few mosquitoes—just a Playa problem, right? Yet, it didn't take away from the charm of the place.

i had a great stay at quinta santa anita. the staff were super helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. it’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, just four blocks from 15th street, so i could easily explore local shops and a grocery store was conveniently across the street.
